ES standard reports generally do not provide comprehensive information about the Companies, Contact and Opportunities you store within it. If you have enhanced these reports with your own Configurable Exports and it includes the required fields you need, please provide your reports to us at support@repfabric.com. If however your standard or custom reports do not provide enough information that you would like to migrate to Repfabric, please follow the instructions below.
Navigating to Configurable Exports
Within Account Manager From the left side bar menu, select “Reporting” for Account Reporter Select Configurable Exports.
Exporting Accounts
Setting up the Account Export Report
If no report exists with comprehensive data fields, Create a Report Profile
- For Description, Enter “Account Export” or another title you choose.
- For Report Title, Enter “Account Export” or another title you choose.
- For “Report Type” enter “Account”
Select “No Header”. Start Data at Row 2. Push the “Save” button so you can select fields. Selecting which Account Fields to Export Select Column Fields

Exporting Sales History
Setting up the Sales History Export Report
Go to Sales Analysis. Select from the left menu, “Reporting -> Reports“. Choose Configurable Exports. If no report exists with comprehensive data fields, Create a Report Profile
- For Description, Enter “Billings Export” or another title you choose.
- For Report Title, Enter “Billings Export” or another title you choose.
- For “Report Type” enter “Billings”
